Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Lead who will be responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring high-quality product releases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The successful candidate will have strong experience in UI Automation, Commerce Workflows, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA testing efforts for the team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain UI automation tests using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• Work closely with product and development teams to define testing strategies for commerce workflows.
• Design and execute test cases based on BDD methodologies using tools such as Cucumber.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in QA testing.
• Proficient in UI Automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of commerce workflow testing processes.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, such as Cucumber.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant quality assurance experience, including leadership roles.
