Tech, MSC. IT (or similar) degree from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of training and<br /> o experience required<br /> o 1+ years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams on major enterprise projects<br /> o Demonstrable knowledge of agile product management<br /> o Experience in financial services industry is preferred<br /> o Proficient in project management softwares (like Trello / Asana / JIRA, etc.)<br /> o Technical knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel) will be a great plus<br /> o Strong leadership and planning skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills<br /> o Demonstrated capability in executing project plans and driving initiatives to successful conclusions<br /> o Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities<br /> o Proven ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving<br /> o Meticulous with an eye for detail<br /> o Going beyond the call of duty<br /> o Willingness to learn and take initiative<br /> o Passion to work with people for the people Presolv
