You will be responsible for coaching & managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who play a crucial role at the top of the leads funnel in understanding prospect requirements, communicating Spyne’s value proposition to them and passing on qualified leads further down the sales funnel.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Arial,"sans-serif""><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Continuously work on building process efficiency aimed at improving key team matrices such as increasing contact percentage and conversion percentage on leads as well as improving qualitative areas such as quality of calls, email, and social media communication.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
