Job Summary
The TL Sales & Retail Partner (RP) Management role serves as a critical transformation lead partnering with Product Owners and Business Owners to identify and solve business challenges within Sales and Retail Partner Management. This role focuses on process definition, digital solution implementation, and process improvements such as automation and lean methodologies. The position requires championing stakeholder needs, prioritizing technology adoption, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions to drive organizational efficiency and business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Owners to gather requirements and define processes that address business problems in Sales and Retail Partner Management.
- Prepare business cases to justify digitization initiatives and prioritize stakeholder requests effectively.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Information Systems (IS) group to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Evangelize technology adoption by identifying opportunities for digital tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Develop a strong understanding of stakeholder tools and participate in both IS and business swimlanes.
- Prioritize technology implementations with IS Product Owners by assessing cost, benefits, and timelines.
- Champion lean process development to meet business objectives and convert stakeholder problem statements into actionable solutions.
- Participate in early User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of stakeholders and drive adoption through training, awareness, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business value chain in Sales and Retail Partner processes.
- Ability to analyze problem statements and assess the need for change.
- Experience in business process design, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Design and Improvement Analysis (VSDiA).
- Basic understanding of IT tools architecture.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Dealer Management Systems like Salesforce, and other IT systems.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with a focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and business value delivery.
- Superior communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation and lean-six sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with velocity improvements and process optimization techniques.
- Prior experience in digital transformation initiatives within sales or retail partner environments.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Sales and Retail Partner Management transformation or related business process improvement roles.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end business process redesign and technology implementation.
- Experience working closely with IT and business teams in a hybrid environment.

Salary
