Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to assist the organization in making informed decisions. This role is crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role or similar position is preferred.
• Product Assistant (Data Analysis and Basic Knowledge of Power Bi)

  1. Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency (very important)

     • Expert-level Excel skills including data entry, formulas, and working with existing templates

     • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint for document updates and creating presentations

  2. Hands-on experience with Smartsheets, SharePoint, Trello etc. - learnable skill
  3. Strong written communication skills (cannot be assessed)
  4. ability to conduct web research, synthesize information from multiple sources, triangulate data points, and form an independent perspective - very important and such skills will be available with folks who do business research or analysis
