Engineer – AI Lab

Job Summary

The Engineer in the AI Lab will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. This position is essential for driving innovation and experimentation within the organization, ensuring that the team stays at the forefront of AI trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of AI/GenAI use cases in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on AI/GenAI trends and tools, bringing insights back to the team for experimentation and innovation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UATs), test AI tools, evaluate the feasibility of solutions, and contribute to prototyping.
• Work on code-based tasks such as prompt engineering, basic model integration, or automation workflows.
• Track project plans, manage dependencies, follow up on timelines, and support project execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with business users, engineering teams, and external solution partners to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Document learnings, test results, configurations, and maintain clear communication across the team.
• Contribute to AI experimentation and innovation activities by staying current with emerging tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
