Job Summary

The Marketing Growth Intern will support the strategic and tactical execution of marketing initiatives to fuel user acquisition and engagement for our online gaming platform. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, and campaign analysis within the fast-growing online gaming industry. As a key member of the marketing team, you will contribute to innovative projects that drive the brand's visibility and user base.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and user preferences.
• Support social media management, content creation, and community engagement initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative growth strategies and promotional offers.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for user growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and the online gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
