Job Summary
As Cluster Head LM, you will play a pivotal role in Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) team, directly contributing to the enhancement of e-commerce logistics and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include the onboarding and training of partners, driving key operational metrics, and continuously identifying improvements in processes to align with the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations in your cluster.
- Continuously identify and onboard new partners onto the network.
- Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster.
- Visit facilities to conduct audits and resolve operational gaps.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Drive critical operational metrics end-to-end and achieve performance targets.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain.
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations.
- Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Solid understanding of basic last-mile logistics concepts, operational flows, and standard industry practices.
- Experience in managing inbound/outbound processes, inventory, and delivery associate activities.
- Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify/implement tactical improvements.
- Familiarity with tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like First Attempt Delivery (FAD), timely delivery, delivered shipment targets, and return rates (RTO/Cash First Shipment Return).
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics, particularly in operational roles focused on last-mile delivery.
Environment
- This position may require travel to different cities for partner facility visits and audits. The work setting can be in-office or hybrid, depending on operational needs.
