Job Summary

As an intern in the Founder's Office, you will support the strategy team by conducting research, managing numerical data, and facilitating communication between partners and vendors. This role provides a unique opportunity to observe and contribute to the decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly research briefs on brands, competitors, and market categories.
• Maintain and update the internal numbers sheet that tracks event economics, attendance, and partner performance.
• Create and organize clean notes from founder conversations, including decisions and follow-ups.
• Participate in partner and vendor calls and be responsible for coordinating follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in structured thinking, with a knack for dissecting vague questions into clear parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong comfort level working with numbers.
• Capable of producing concise and decisive writing.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Law, Commerce, Economics, or Business is advantageous.

Experience

This is an internship position; prior experience is not strictly required, but a background in relevant fields is a plus.

Environment

• Hybrid work setting: 24 hours per week.
• Location: Bangalore.

Salary

Stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
