Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Job Summary
This role focuses on leveraging Oracle EBS technical expertise to manage and implement Oracle ERP modules and HR-related applications. The successful candidate will work on Oracle HRMS, Payroll, iRec, Self Service HR, and related documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and documenting key Oracle functionalities while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with system standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Oracle ERP modules including HRMS, Payroll, iRec, and Self Service HR.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including modules CV60, MD70, MD120, and corresponding user manuals.
- Write, test, and optimize code using Oracle tools and languages such as SQL and PL/SQL.
- Generate and manage reports using tools like Reports 6i/10g, XML Publisher, Discoverer, and perform troubleshooting across Oracle HR schema tables.
- Utilize database access tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, and SQL*Loader to ensure efficient data management and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues in Oracle Applications.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical roles and Oracle ERP modules.
- Proficient in programming with Oracle tools and languages (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Solid experience with Oracle Applications versions R12, 11.5.10, 11.0.3.
- Demonstrated expertise in using report tools such as Reports 6i/10g, SQL, XML Publisher, and Discoverer.
- Practical knowledge in working with database access tools including TOAD, SQL Developer, and SQL*Loader.
- Familiarity with different Oracle database versions: Oracle 12c, 11g, 10g, 9i, and 8i.
- Sound understanding of Oracle HR schema for effective troubleshooting.
- Relevant educational background such as a BSc, BTech, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Exposure to process improvements and automation within Oracle EBS environments.
- Experience working in agile development settings.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

- Over 6 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS technical roles, with extensive work on Oracle ERP modules and related technical documentation.
