Job Description
- Designation: JVP, Group Pricing
- Location: One World Center, Mumbai
- Reporting to: Appointed Actuary - Nakul Yadav
- The incumbent must have over 8-10 years of experience in Group Insurance - Pricing and Products.
- The incumbent must possess an expertise in group life pricing, product development, and reinsurance management, and a deep understanding of IRDAI regulations, along with the ability to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Team of 5 will be reporting into this role
- Compensation: Fixed 40 LPA + Performance-Based Variable Pay
- Pool to be tapped: Open to looking at candidates from Insurance Companies
