Job Summary

Sonic Lamb is looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable business outcomes and infuse strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing expertise into the company. This role requires someone who can independently optimize paid acquisition strategies across major platforms and enhance in-house marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
  • Drive measurable improvements in:
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency
    • Conversion performance
    • Revenue growth
  • Build, optimize, and scale acquisition campaigns across:
    • Search
    • Shopping
    • Performance Max
    • Meta conversion campaigns
    • Retargeting funnels
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve:
    • Targeting strategies
    • Creative assets
    • Funnel efficiency
    • Landing page performance
  • Work closely with external content and creative agencies to:
    • Provide performance-led feedback
    • Guide creative direction based on campaign insights
    • Improve creative testing quality and speed
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to strengthen in-house growth capabilities and develop marketing processes.
  • Bring industry best practices and operational rigor into the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Execution Expertise: In-depth knowledge of:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
  • Proven track record managing significant monthly ad spends with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • D2C growth systems
    • Attribution models
    • Funnel optimization
    • Creative testing methodologies
    • Retention and remarketing strategies.
  • Previous experience with:
    • Strong D2C brands, preferably in consumer electronics or adjacent categories.
    • Ecosystem companies similar to Ultrahuman.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with agencies while independently owning performance outcomes.
  • Characteristics: Highly analytical, proactive, and driven by execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in building scalable paid acquisition systems.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics tools and reporting for campaign performance.

Experience

3-6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C environments, especially in consumer electronics.

Environment

  • Location: Bengaluru (Indiranagar)
  • Work Setup: 6 days working, closely integrated with the internal marketing team, and an opportunity to play a foundational role as the marketing team scales in Bengaluru.
