By covering amenities that will reimagine an industry.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Job Description - We are looking for a Technology leader of Software Product Engineering, with a technical experience of about 15+ years, and hands-on experience in Software &amp; Application Product Development to take ownership and lead our Technology team. This position reports directly to the Head Of HoABL &amp; will play a critical role in building our internal &amp; customer facing products and will be a part of the Leadership Management team. We invite technologists who have delivered rock-solid scalable software solutions, application &amp; tools for Industry-leading enterprises with lean and agile teams to apply to this role, and to take up the responsibilities below: &bull; Technical ownership of an entire line of business &bull; Own product portfolios &amp; lead the technical team. &bull; Ownership of complex software architectures, operational metrics, and running the day-to-day operations of the business. &bull; Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, and (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspects. &bull; Designing and defining the interaction between the different components and teams. &bull; Work closely with peers and product managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. &middot; Have experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of leading teams to create customer centric experiences &middot; Have experience setting strategy and building alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders &middot; Have a strategic mindset and desire to dive deep and solve business challenges within your immediate scope and beyond it &middot; Have a track record of building high performing, motivated, and engaged teams &middot; Be able to define and refine mechanisms and processes that scale across multiple teams, drive execution and operational excellence &middot; Be comfortable diving deep with tech leaders to define and prioritize technology concerns: scaling, performance, security, and operations &middot; Work collaboratively with business and tech leaders across the organization Key Responsibilities &middot; Develop and champion HoABL&rsquo;s technology strategy, and own the technology vision across all functions of the organization &middot; Build a highly performing, engaged, equitable, inclusive and diverse technology leadership team &middot; Be a leader and mentor &middot; Advocate high engagement, and recognition culture across the technology organization &middot; Drive software delivery and operational excellence across the full product lifecycle &middot; Define and lead critical programs like data analytics, security, and privacy &middot; Align roadmaps and guide delivery across multiple engineering teams and business partners &middot; Build scalable blockchain tech platofrom Qualifications - The role is critical, hence we are very keen to hire someone with the below skills, knowledge, and experience:  Should have past experience as a CTO or a Senior Leadership position in a product &amp; technology based company.  Has proficiency with the integration of data from multiple data sources  Experience with big data platforms - Big data, SQOOP, HBASE, HIVE, HDFS, SPARK, Hadoop, LLAP/Impala, and NoSQL technologies (ElasticSearch, MongoDB, HBase, Redis, Etc.)  Strong SQL skills and understanding of OLAP tools - Experience building stream-processing systems, using technologies such as Kafka, Storm, and Spark-Streaming - Participates in architecture and design of the solution, leads module level design and implementation.  Has managed architects and Software engineers &amp; played a critical role in Architecture, Design, and Development.  Has a past experience of designing microservice architecture from the monolithic application.  Should have delivered scalable internal &amp; Customer facing products, DevOps, and Backend Architecture.  Should have deep understanding &amp; practical experience in blockchain &amp; crypto technology.  Deep technical knowledge in software, systems, and security to dive into details with engineers and distill to a high level for executives, customers, and non-technical audience.  Experienced in software engineering, massive-scale web operations, and security with Product Companies.  Versatility with developing products on multiple technology stacks that get delivered in traditional data centers, public clouds, and private clouds.  Key Programming Skills required: MERN Stack, python, Perl , Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies.  Should have previous fintech experience.  Should be from premier, tire 1 engineering college</div>
