<p><b>2- Business Development </b>- The Role is to be more focused on serving right to our clients ( Architects/ Designers / End clients ) and to establish long term relationships based on the work & solutions we have to help them out. Ideal Daily work looks like meetings & discussions with the clients , working on their requirements , collaborating within teams & most importantly be proud of the work you are doing. </p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Client Discussions & Meetings </b>: Regularly meet with architects and clients to understand their project needs, provide product recommendations, and build long-term relationships.</li>
<li><b>Daily Coordination</b>: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones.</li>
<li><b>Business Development</b>: Identify new business opportunities through relationship management and networking, working to secure orders and maintain a consistent client pipeline.</li>
<li><b>Project Management</b>: Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li><b>Reporting & Follow-Up</b>: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prepare progress reports, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects.</li>
<li><b>Market Analysis</b>: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insightful feedback to the sales and product teams.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Experience</b>:3-5 years of sales & business development Experience</li>
<li><b>Communication Skills</b>: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to Understand & communicate smoothly within teams & external clients</li>
<li><b>Organizational Skills</b>: Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, with strong attention to detail and management. </li>
<li><b>Technical Knowledge</b>: Basic understanding of how the industry works & overall scope of things</li>
