Job Description
<div>Role Overview<br />
Chief of Staff to the COO will work as a strategic support resource, assisting in planning,<br />
coordination, analytics, and follow-up across all key operational functions. This is an<br />
excellent opportunity for a young engineer or MBA to gain first-hand exposure to senior-<br />
level business management, manufacturing operations, and corporate strategy.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
Business Coordination: Track and coordinate key operational and strategic<br />
initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, projects, and sales<br />
functions.<br />
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and<br />
performance reviews to support decision-making.<br />
Project Management: Assist in monitoring ongoing projects, ensuring timelines,<br />
KPIs, and deliverables are met.<br />
Process Improvement: Support the identification and execution of improvement<br />
initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.<br />
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, plant heads, and cross-<br />
functional departments for action follow-ups and updates.<br />
Executive Support: Prepare presentations, briefings, and review materials for<br />
internal and external meetings.</div>
<div> Strategic Planning: Assist in annual operating plans, KPI reviews, and<br />
performance tracking for all business units.<br />
Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and<br />
professionalism.</div>
<div>Desired Profile<br />
Education:<br />
o B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production preferred) or MBA<br />
(Operations/General Management preferred)</div>
<div> Experience:<br />
o 0–3 years (fresh graduates or early-career professionals may apply)<br />
Skills Required:<br />
o Strong analytical and problem-solving ability<br />
o Excellent communication and presentation skills<br />
o Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools<br />
o Good understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, or<br />
process management concepts<br />
o High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask<br />
