Adobe Launch (AEM Developer)
Job Summary
The Adobe Launch (AEM Developer) role is pivotal in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The position demands a strong foundation in Java programming and experience in utilizing Adobe Launch products. The developer will be responsible for creating templates, layouts, and components that enhance the user experience and facilitate the organization’s digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) utilizing templates, layouts, and components.
- Integrate and manage Adobe Launch products to enhance digital asset management and web content management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions in an Agile development environment.
- Write complex programs, analyze code changes, and provide suggestions for code optimization, maintainability, and scalability.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AEM and Adobe products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Launch products.
- Strong foundation in Java programming and experience with OSGi bundles.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
- Experience developing applications, templates, and components for AEM/CQ products (WCM, DAM, CQSE, CRX).
- Experience with AEM versions 6.4 and 6.5.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Experience in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AEM development and Adobe products.
