Role Overview

We are hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to own and execute strategic initiatives across product launches, user acquisition, partnerships, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in early-stage startups, understands digital marketing and sales operations, and can activate high-performance acquisition and growth channels.


Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Strategy & Launch Execution

  • Design, plan, and execute GTM strategies for product features, lead marketplace rollouts, risk advisory modules, and new regional entries.
  • Identify core value propositions per user segment (brokers, SMEs etc.) and localize messaging accordingly.
  • Own timelines, milestone tracking, and feedback loops during launches.

2. Digital Marketing & Channel Activation

  • Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp) to generate B2B leads and traffic.
  • Optimize inbound and outbound funnels, landing pages, and retargeting workflows.
  • Activate content and social channels to position Sanctuari as a thought leader in InsurTech and RiskTech.

3. Partnership Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with brokers, SaaS resellers, aggregators, and complementary platforms.
  • Activate co-branded GTM campaigns and referral-led growth strategies.
  • Draft and execute partner onboarding workflows and track performance KPIs.

4. Customer & Channel Onboarding

  • Work with the product and Sales teams to enable smooth onboarding experiences for advisors, brokers, and enterprises.
  • Design onboarding journeys for different subscription models and lead marketplace access.

5. Sales Ops & Enablement (0–1 Year Experience)

  • Support sales reporting, CRM hygiene, deal tracking, and documentation of pipeline health.
  • Assist in defining and tracking sales KPIs across partner acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and email templates for scale.

6. Analytics, Feedback & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign and GTM performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mixpanel.
  • Collect feedback from the field and iterate on positioning, pricing, or onboarding as needed.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards for management on growth metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of work experience, with at least 1–2 roles at early-stage startups that launched new products or markets.
  • Hands-on digital marketing and channel activation experience.
  • Exposure to partnership development and ecosystem growth.
  • 0–1 year experience in sales operations or related functions is a plus.
  • Clear communicator with strong analytical, coordination, and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, marketplaces, InsurTech, FinTech, or B2B product environments is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mixpanel, or Retool.
  • Understanding of lead generation workflows and B2B funnel economics.
  • Familiarity with insurance, compliance, or B2B SaaS growth models.
