Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to lead and drive complex technology projects across fast-paced and dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Agile frameworks to manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful outcomes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program management across the value chain using Agile Methodologies, from strategic planning to execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove blockers, enabling smooth and timely delivery

Lead the delivery of complex technology projects in a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment with business goals

Manage priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality output

Communicate effectively with engineering, product, QA teams, and executive stakeholders, providing clear progress updates, risks, and delivery timelines

Foster Agile practices by coaching teams on Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and other methodologies

Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and delivery speed

Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles including backlog grooming, velocity tracking, burn-down metrics, and test-driven development

Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Manage project documentation and ensure clear visibility into program status and performance
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex and technical initiatives

Hands-on experience in managing software development life cycles (SDLC) in Agile environments

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Testing)

Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Engineering/technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Experience in using Agile tools for tracking (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on commitments

Adaptability to work in a start-up or high-change environment
