Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to lead and drive complex technology projects across fast-paced and dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Agile frameworks to manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful outcomes efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program management across the value chain using Agile Methodologies, from strategic planning to execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove blockers, enabling smooth and timely delivery

  • Lead the delivery of complex technology projects in a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Manage priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality output

  • Communicate effectively with engineering, product, QA teams, and executive stakeholders, providing clear progress updates, risks, and delivery timelines

  • Foster Agile practices by coaching teams on Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and other methodologies

  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and delivery speed

  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles including backlog grooming, velocity tracking, burn-down metrics, and test-driven development

  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Manage project documentation and ensure clear visibility into program status and performance


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex and technical initiatives

  • Hands-on experience in managing software development life cycles (SDLC) in Agile environments

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Testing)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Engineering/technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

  • Experience in using Agile tools for tracking (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on commitments

  • Adaptability to work in a start-up or high-change environment
