The Role We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in executing cutting-edge SEO strategies for our goal-oriented B2B SaaS clients, managing day-to-day client communication, and helping to mentor our interns. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Execution ● Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, taking ownership of the day-to-day execution of their SEO campaigns. ● Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling regular communication, providing performance updates, and building strong professional relationships. ● Strategize and execute on all core SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content brief creation, technical SEO analysis, and link-building coordination. ● Focus on delivering tangible results by constantly monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation, and optimizing campaigns accordingly. ● Operate effectively under pressure, delivering high-quality work on time-constrained tasks and meeting deadlines consistently. Team Collaboration & Mentorship ● Assist in training and mentoring SEO interns, providing them with guidance on foundational SEO tasks. ● Allocate and delegate work to interns, reviewing their output to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. ● Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager and content teams to ensure a cohesive and effective strategy for your clients. ● Contribute to internal team meetings, sharing insights and learning from senior team members. Qualifications & Skills Required Experience: ● 2-4 years of direct, hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role (agency experience is highly preferred). ● Demonstrable experience managing tasks and projects for goal-oriented clients, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs. ● Proven ability to handle multiple projects or clients simultaneously. ● Experience with client communication, including participating in calls and creating reports. Technical & Soft Skills: ● Solid understanding of the fundamentals of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical). ● Hands-on experience with core SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication abilities. ● A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail. ● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment.
