<Required skills and experience>
- Approximately 6 years of business experience in the automotive parts or electronics industry
- Experience leading a project team
- Experience in some form of negotiation with other companies and able to build relationships
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
- Experience as a project leader
- Basic Japanese Skills Required (N4/N3)

- Knowledge of Motor
- Knowledge of EVs
- Experience in negotiating business partnerships with other companies
- Experience in CVC related to investment in other companies
