Head, VP, Director, CMO all mean the same to us.</p> <p>We are more clear of our goals and acceptance criteria.</p> <h1>Goals</h1> <h2>3 months</h2> <ol> <li>500 WTU to 3500 WTU</li> <li>GTM in motion - Identify and scale 1+ distribution channel</li> <li>Brand - creation and implementation of category narrative</li> <li>Solve for trust and validation</li> </ol> <h3>12 months</h3> <ol> <li>25000 WTU</li> <li>Build out the category and narrative</li> <li>Preferred brand and product for our (new) category. Own the positioning.
