1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Business & Collections strategy that aligns with the<br /> company's financial goals and business complexities.<br />
2. Design & Implement robust credit risk assessment frameworks to evaluate the creditworthiness of<br /> clients and adjust terms accordingly<br />
3. Leverage technology to enhance collections efficiency, including the use of automated systems for<br /> tracking, reporting, and communication<br />
4. Design and implement frameworks to build predictability and visibility<br /> Leading Execution<br />
5. Lead the Cash flow management process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to<br /> optimize business performance<br /> 2.Design, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability & Cash flow<br /> and take corrective actions as needed<br /> 3.Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure 100% collection month on month, reducing<br /> outstanding receivables.<br />
6. Conduct regular reviews and reporting to senior management, providing insights and<br /> recommendations for business growth and efficiency<br /> Manage strategic relationships & key stakeholders<br />
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align<br /> strategies and drive business results.<br />
8. Collaborate with financial controller and compliance head to understand and drive high degree of<br /> compliant business and mitigate risk<br />
9. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and financial<br /> institutions, underwriters to support business growth and operational excellence.<br />
10. Drive a growth culture within the team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous<br /> improvement.<br /> What will you need?<br /> 1.Master's degree/ MBA, Business Administration, or related field<br /> 2.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling<br /> 3.Proven track record of at least 12-13 years in Cash flow management, financial analysis, and driving<br /> business growth<br /> 4.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and ability to translate strategies into actionable<br /> plans<br /> 5.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven<br /> decisions.<br /> 6.Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards<br /> common goals.
