City Business Head (CBH)

Job Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial and driven City Business Heads (CBH) to spearhead the offline business across multiple locations in India. The CBH will be responsible for establishing city operations from scratch, managing a team, driving client acquisition, and reporting directly to the Regional Head. This is a high-impact leadership role that will significantly influence the offline distribution model across India.

Responsibilities

• Business Setup & Leadership: Establish and lead city-level operations, creating processes and teams aligned with the growth vision.
• Client Acquisition: Acquire and onboard clients interested in fixed-return products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds, ensuring they invest through the platform.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10-12 advisors/relationship managers. Ensure consistent performance and motivation.
• Revenue & Targets: Achieve aggressive investment targets in fixed deposits, corporate bonds, and mutual funds for your city.
• Networking & Partnerships: Leverage your market connections to identify and acquire clients while sourcing talent for your location.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate Management Information System (MIS) reporting, adherence to compliance guidelines, and timely reporting to the Regional Head.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in liability sales, banking, or retail financial products.
• Skills:
  • Strong track record of client acquisition and relationship management in financial products.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build operations from the ground up.
• Education: Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
