Job Description
- Strategic Partnering & Org Design ● Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related initiatives, including org design, workforce planning, and capability building. ● Support change management efforts with high EQ and business-first thinking. 2. Talent & Performance Management ● Partner with managers to drive a culture of feedback, growth, and high performance. ● Lead the annual and mid-year performance cycles; enable continuous performance discussions. ● Identify high-potential talent and work on succession and development plans. 3. Culture & Employee Experience ● Champion the organization’s values through rituals, processes, and leadership coaching. ● Own end-to-end employee lifecycle experiences — onboarding to exit. ● Proactively address engagement gaps through structured action planning. 4. Manager Enablement & Coaching ● Build manager capability through targeted interventions, 1:1 coaching, and leadership labs. ● Be a sounding board to people leaders on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication. 5. People Analytics & Decision Support ● Use data and dashboards to influence decision-making — attrition, performance trends, headcount, etc. ● Translate insights into clear actionables for business teams and HR.
