Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance vulnerability management processes and streamline IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

• Integrate third-party security tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.) with the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support..

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and configurations.

• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) on the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is preferred.

• ServiceNow CIS in Security Operations or ITSM is a plus.
