Role Overview
Table Space is seeking a senior finance professional to join as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. This role will support the CFO in overseeing and transforming core finance operations, with a strong focus on revenue controllership, commercial finance, ERP implementation, and finance automation. The role will also be instrumental in preparing the company for public market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Lease Controllership

Oversee end-to-end revenue assurance and compliance across enterprise client contracts

Manage commercial relationships with landlords, including head lease and sublease arrangements

Ensure accurate lease accounting in line with IND AS 116 and internal controls
Commercial Controllership

Drive financial discipline across capex and opex planning and tracking

Lead commercial negotiations and manage cost-efficiency initiatives

Act as a key business partner to operations and real estate teams
ERP Implementation and Finance Automation

Lead the design and deployment of a comprehensive ERP system for finance

Build and execute a roadmap for finance automation and process efficiency

Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with operational platforms
Finance Operations Leadership

Oversee functional leads across financial reporting, tax (direct and indirect), treasury, payables, corporate finance, and investor relations

Implement robust internal controls and governance mechanisms

Strengthen finance processes and team capabilities to support future growth
Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience

Demonstrated experience working with multinational companies and/or high-growth organizations

Deep understanding of revenue recognition, lease accounting (IND AS 116), and commercial finance

Proven success in ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives

Strong leadership and team-building experience in scaling finance functions

Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines with cross-functional stakeholders

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and attention to detail
