Responsibilities Create, operationalize and streamline runbooks around GTM, Sales and Post Sales Create and own product operations workflows and runbooks including hiring Collaborate and project manage across different stakeholders - sales, eng, product, design, customer success, onboarding to ensure timely delivery of business goals. Ideal Candidate A lot of what we are solving is new to the industry and we highly value people who are good at grounds up problem solving and interested in the intersection of technology and business. Ideal Background Someone from IIM/ISB/top B-School or someone from top Consulting(MBB/Auctus or similar firms)/VC who is looking for a more hands on/operational role with high ownership in a fast growing tech startup.
