Job Title: Digital Marketing – Sr. Executive Job Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time - Work from Office Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive our D2C growth and brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of D2C brands, Ecommerce and Amazon ecosystems, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive sales and improve customer lifetime value. You’ll play a key role in managing website traffic and conversion, optimizing campaigns across channels, and implementing marketing automation through WhatsApp and email. Alongside your analytical focus, you’ll also contribute to social media strategy, content planning, and creative coordination with external agencies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on numbers, strategy, and measurable growth but also brings a creative edge to storytelling and brand building. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Analytics: • Oversee digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive website traffic, conversions, and revenue. • Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure efficient utilization of marketing spends. • Analyze marketing and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scale. • Work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate performance tracking. CRM, Retention & Automation: • Implement and manage email and WhatsApp marketing automation strategies to improve engagement, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). • Segment customer data to drive personalized campaigns and build effective drip and re-engagement sequences. • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, creatives, and frequency for improved results. Social Media & Content Strategy: • Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. • Ideate and contribute to engaging, on-brand content that supports campaign goals and strengthens brand voice. • Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging trends, and content performance analytics to inform strategy. Brand Building & Coordination: • Work with the internal and external • team to develop and implement digital growth strategies. • Ensure alignment between performance marketing, brand communication, and creative output. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in messaging and customer experience. Skills and Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with D2C or consumer-facing brands. • Strong social media instincts, content creation and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication to engage audiences and coordinate effectively with teams and agencies. • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, track ROI, analyze metrics, drive website conversions, and maximize customer lifetime value in a D2C context. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance. • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), email and WhatsApp marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems to implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns. • Additional Competencies like strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
