Key Responsibilities

 

● Own the visual design output for Gau Sampurna and Kissan Sampurna across all

brand touchpoints: social media graphics, digital banners, OOH and print collateral,

packaging design, and PR creatives.

 

● Develop and maintain brand guidelines, distinctive brand assets, and a consistent

visual language that works across vernacular markets in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh,

Telangana and other states.

 

● Create mood boards, storyboards, and ad creatives for campaigns, product

launches, and seasonal marketing moments.

 

● Collaborate closely with the video lead and performance marketing team to ensure

design coherence across static and motion formats.

 

AI-First Mandate:

 

We are looking for a designer who uses AI as a core part of how they work. You will:

 

● Use AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and equivalent

tools for concept generation, image creation, and rapid prototyping.

 

● Build AI-assisted design workflows that reduce ideation time and accelerate creative

output across multiple formats and languages.

 

● Stay well-researched on evolving AI design tools and bring new capabilities into the

team proactively.

 

KPIs

 

● Quality and consistency of brand visual output across all touchpoints.

 

● On-time delivery of campaign creatives across digital, print, and OOH formats.

 

● Development and adoption of a coherent brand visual system across both Gau

Sampurna and Kissan Sampurna.

 

● Speed of creative turnaround through AI workflow adoption.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

● At least 4 years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative

thinking across brand, digital, and print formats.

 

● Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-native design platforms.

 

● A well-developed sense of design, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy, not just

software proficiency.

 

● Ability to develop and own creative direction independently, from initial concept

through to production-ready output.

 

● Comfortable working in a 5-day WFO setup in J P Nagar, Bengaluru.

 

● Advantage if you have worked in agritech, rural FMCG, or Tier 2 and Tier 3.
