Job Summary

The Youtube Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns on YouTube to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of YouTube's platform, digital marketing strategies, and analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage SEO and advertising tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s YouTube presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage YouTube marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize video content and channel strategy using SEO best practices and YouTube Analytics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to align YouTube campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Manage YouTube advertising, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO Analytics, SEO Optimization, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with marketing strategy and YouTube Advertising.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary
