Social Media Manager

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager (Intern) at Svastyaorganicfarms will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across various social media platforms. The role is ideal for someone passionate about organic farming, sustainability, and digital communication. As an intern, you will learn hands-on skills in digital marketing while helping to convey the brand’s story and engage with our community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media metrics and report on performance to guide content strategy.
  • Stay updated with current trends in social media, organic farming, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creativity and an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
