Job Description
Revenue Ownership & Growth ● Own end-to-end revenue performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging paid channels ● Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback targets ● Forecast and track channel-level revenue contribution and efficiency Execution & Optimization ● Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns with a strong focus on profitability and revenue scale ● Build structured, data-driven campaign frameworks to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA ● Run rigorous A/B experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and funnels ● Partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Design teams to improve conversion rates and reduce revenue leakage Affiliate & Channel Expansion ● Build and scale Affiliate Marketing programs across partners, publishers, and platforms ● Optimize affiliate performance, payouts, fraud controls, and incremental revenue contribution ● Identify new channels, growth experiments, and scaling opportunities including programmatic platforms Data, Reporting & Budget Ownership
