Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of production environments through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution. The candidate will support critical incidents and escalations while leading feature rollout planning for major events such as Black Friday and holidays. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining system integrity and ensuring seamless customer experiences during high-demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain security patches, handle QCR/compliance issues, and fix critical bugs.
• Resolve L3 escalations, including PDP Dropin (FE) issues and urgent customer-reported bugs.
• Lead feature rollout planning and execution for major events, including Black Friday, holidays, and other special events.
• Ensure system readiness through end-to-end (E2E) testing, performance testing, and comprehensive release validations.
• Participate in pre-production deployments and ensure smooth go-lives.
• Actively monitor AWS resources, Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, and front-end services to guarantee high performance and uptime.
• Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Join the on-call rotation to support production environments during critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience with React.js and modern front-end architecture.
  • Good knowledge of CSS, Sass, Less, and Node.js for front-end tooling and server-side integration.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale projects utilizing backend databases like MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontends (MFE) and Dropins architecture.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
