Job Purpose

The Head of Product will be responsible for driving product strategy, innovation, and platform enhancements across the custody business. The role will focus on developing new offerings, optimizing asset pricing and billing models, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning with evolving market and regulatory requirements

Key Deliverables

1. Product Development & Strategy:

• Develop and enhance custody products to strengthen client offerings and market positioning.
• Identify opportunities for new solutions, digital enablement, and platform improvements.

2. Asset Pricing & Billing:

• Lead initiatives to enhance asset pricing and billing capabilities.
• Collaborate with billing teams to resolve revenue leakage and ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Drive automation and process efficiency across pricing and billing functions

3. Market & Regulatory Engagement:

• Assess the impact and priority of market-driven changes on custody products and processes.
• Engage with industry forums and working groups to stay ahead of regulatory and market developments.
• Ensure custody products comply with all applicable regulations and standards.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with billing, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Engage clients and partners to gather feedback and align products with market needs.

Role Requirements

Education:

• 12–18 years of experience in custody, asset servicing, or related financial services.
• Proven track record in product management, billing, or pricing roles within custody or securities services.
• Strong understanding of global custody operations, market infrastructure, and regulatory environment.
• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
