Job Summary

The Full Stack Engineer - Customer Success will focus on building backend solutions, creating SQL dashboards, and developing internal tools to empower our Customer Success team. This role involves direct customer interaction, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications that address the operational needs of the Customer Success team.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-to-end support for customer success operations.
  • Build, enhance, and automate SQL dashboards for actionable insights into customer data and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to design and implement internal tools that improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Integrate and maintain third-party tools like Salesforce, enhancing their functionality to suit team requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in backend development (e.g., Python, Node.js) and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., ReactJS, NestJS) and familiarity with frontend build tools and best practices.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in creating and optimizing complex queries and dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and building internal tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions into non-technical terms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer success operations or supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a full-stack engineering role.

Environment

  • Full-Time position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Work Timing: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM (IST).

Salary

  • Budget: 15-20 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
