.Net Technical Lead

Job Summary

The .Net Technical Lead is responsible for driving the design and development of robust and scalable software applications using the .NET Framework and ASP.NET Core. This role involves leading a technical team, ensuring high-quality code standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding projects from conception to deployment while incorporating Angular for rich client-side experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor: Guide the development team in best practices and techniques in .NET, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.
• Architect and Design: Oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, leveraging .NET Framework and ASP.NET Core to build secure, scalable applications.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, incorporating Angular development as needed.
• Ensure Code Quality: Review code submissions, perform thorough testing, and maintain high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system performance bottlenecks.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve the software development process.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and Angular development.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in .NET application development and team leadership.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from design through to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in modern development practices such as Agile and DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in front-end development frameworks beyond Angular, such as React or Vue.js.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with .NET development, including leadership roles in both design and implementation phases.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams in a technical setting, with a focus on continuous improvement.
