Job Description

Contract Development / Management and Negotiation
• Leading the New Business Opportunities through H1 bid process around digital flavour on
the servies base model in open geographies around urban, travel & leisure landscape.
• Sustain & improvise the ongoing projects with time-based reviews and regular
communications to overcome the forecasted risk.
• Build the strong processes to step up the deliveries of sales and operations with cross
functioning thought process.
• Drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including client
agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and protect the company's
interests.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline contract processes and improve
contract management efficiency.
Project Strategy & Risk Management
• Identify and assess legal risks and exposures, developing strategies to mitigate and manage
potential risks.
• Collaborate with external counsel as and when needed and manage legal disputes and
litigation matters.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on legal matters, including potential
litigation risks and dispute resolution strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time,
and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation
strategies.
Legal Strategy and Compliance
• Develop and execute the company's legal strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives and risk management goals.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the company's operations, and
proactively implement necessary compliance measures.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to promote legal and ethical conduct
throughout the organization.
Stakeholder Management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients,
vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring
alignment and satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring
stakeholder expectations are met.
Quality Assurance
• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet
or exceed established standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and implementing
lessons learned.
Risk Management
• Identify and assess project risks, developing risk management plans to mitigate potential
issues. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing risk response
strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards throughout project
execution.
Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and mentor the project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration,
accountability, and professional growth.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to project managers and team
members.
• Encourage knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and continuous learning within the
project management team.
Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data
privacy, advertising regulations, and consumer protection laws.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and develop
compliance programs and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and
external obligations.
Corporate Governance and Board Support
• Provide legal advice and support to the board of directors and executive management on
corporate governance matters.
• Oversee and review board resolutions, corporate policies, and governance-related
documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to corporate
governance.
Team Leadership and External Relationships
• Lead and manage the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and
industry associations.
• Stay updated on legal and industry trends, participate in professional development activities,
and foster a culture of continuous learning within the legal team.
