Job Description
<div>Contract Development / Management and Negotiation<br />
• Leading the New Business Opportunities through H1 bid process around digital flavour on<br />
the servies base model in open geographies around urban, travel & leisure landscape.<br />
• Sustain & improvise the ongoing projects with time-based reviews and regular<br />
communications to overcome the forecasted risk.<br />
• Build the strong processes to step up the deliveries of sales and operations with cross<br />
functioning thought process.<br />
• Drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including client<br />
agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.<br />
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and protect the company's<br />
interests.</div>
<div>• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline contract processes and improve<br />
contract management efficiency.</div>
<div>Project Strategy & Risk Management<br />
• Identify and assess legal risks and exposures, developing strategies to mitigate and manage<br />
potential risks.<br />
• Collaborate with external counsel as and when needed and manage legal disputes and<br />
litigation matters.<br />
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on legal matters, including potential<br />
litigation risks and dispute resolution strategies.<br />
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time,<br />
and within budget.<br />
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation<br />
strategies.<br />
Legal Strategy and Compliance<br />
• Develop and execute the company's legal strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business<br />
objectives and risk management goals.<br />
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the company's operations, and<br />
proactively implement necessary compliance measures.<br />
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to promote legal and ethical conduct<br />
throughout the organization.<br />
Stakeholder Management<br />
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients,<br />
vendors, and internal teams.<br />
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring<br />
alignment and satisfaction.<br />
• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring<br />
stakeholder expectations are met.<br />
Quality Assurance<br />
• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet<br />
or exceed established standards.<br />
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and<br />
implement corrective actions as needed.<br />
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and implementing<br />
lessons learned.<br />
Risk Management<br />
• Identify and assess project risks, developing risk management plans to mitigate potential<br />
issues. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing risk response<br />
strategies and contingency plans.<br />
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards throughout project<br />
execution.<br />
Team Leadership and Development<br />
• Lead and mentor the project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration,<br />
accountability, and professional growth.</div>
<div>• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to project managers and team<br />
members.<br />
• Encourage knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and continuous learning within the<br />
project management team.<br />
Regulatory Compliance<br />
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data<br />
privacy, advertising regulations, and consumer protection laws.<br />
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and develop<br />
compliance programs and training initiatives.<br />
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and<br />

Corporate Governance and Board Support<br />
• Provide legal advice and support to the board of directors and executive management on<br />
corporate governance matters.<br />
• Oversee and review board resolutions, corporate policies, and governance-related<br />
documentation.<br />
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to corporate<br />
governance.<br />
Team Leadership and External Relationships<br />
• Lead and manage the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.<br />
• Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and<br />
industry associations.<br />
• Stay updated on legal and industry trends, participate in professional development activities,<br />
and foster a culture of continuous learning within the legal team.</div>
