JOB DESCRIPTION Employee Name: Employee Code: JOB Title – AGM Accounts & Finance Department – Accounts & Finance Grade – Location/Unit – Corporate Office Reporting Manager – Vice President- Finance Key Role of the Position: To ensure correct & timely maintenance of books of accounts and closure of audits for the holding company and Group entities. The Role also includes ensuring Compliances with Taxation & Internal Guidelines on Revenue, Cost, Capex, Treasury & Receivables management. Educational Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years Industry Preference: Any Knowledge and Specific Skills:  Strong Accounting & taxation skills. Experience in handling Consolidated Books of Accounts in multiple entity approach is preferred  Strong Excel Skills, good business acumen and communication skills.  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional team.  Self-starter who will take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction.  Meticulous and detail-oriented.  Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.  Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge.  Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:  Overseeing Core Accounting & Financial Process to ensure Correctness & timely Recording of financial transactions & preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements (Balance sheet, Pnl & cash Flow statements)  Ensuring Timely closure of Financial Internal & Statutory Audit without negative observations  Ensuring smooth conduct of record to report accounting & timely publishing of Accounts Receivables for follow up actions  Ensuring smooth conduct of procure to pay for goods & services and compliance with internal guidelines  Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable laws as per industry requirement  Support Due Diligence requirements for fund raising & routine banking operations  Ensure Expense monitoring vs budget & other benchmarks for cost management  Analyze variances between actuals and budget, identifying key drivers & recommend corrective actions.  Taking ownership on implementation of financial processes for new business initiatives as may arise.  Driving cross-functional implementation of growth and profitability initiatives  Actively driving projects associated with data analytics & ERP enhancement Behavioral/Leadership Competencies-  Passion for Excellence  Results Orientation  Integrity & Ethics  Building Relationships & Partnerships  Leadership & Influencing  Strategic Thinking & Execution  Planning & Organizing  Problem Solving and Decision Making  Functional Expertise  Attention to Detail Key Interfaces / Relationships – Executive Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams Employee name: HOD/ HR Manager’s Name: Signature Signature Date
