We are looking for AVP/VP- PMO for our business. Appended is JD:

 

·Manage multiple (2-3) large projects.

·Manage team of 2-3 Jr PM – ideally 1 for each large project.

·Run project steer co with the Project sponsor, clear ability to share status, call out challenges, fix responsibility, anticipate risk.

·Drive for analysis of requirements, Functional design of project requirements. Documenting all the requirements and agreed items in the Functional Specification Document (FSD), Identify with sponsor and stakeholders all the changes needed to drive the project implementation.

·Build a detail project plan, list out resources, dependency and risk involved.

·Drive the delivery while regular project meeting and update the project steerco on a periodic basis.

·Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholder & IT team and relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure strategy is translated into action across for end-to-end delivery. 

·Identifying & implementing best practices around the implementation processes

 

 

PMP Certified, 10-12 plus years of experience. Banking, NBFC, insurance sector works.
