

Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder Organization: Electrum Capital Location: Mumbai – Andheri West (Work From Office) CTC: Up to 15 LPA Experience: 5–8 years (Ideal age: 26–32 years) About the Company: Electrum Capital is a fast-growing investment and wealth management firm managing approximately 850+ crore AUM across 400+ HNI and Ultra HNI clients. Alongside its portfolio management business, the company has launched an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and is expanding into Mutual Funds and Offshore Investment Platforms. Founded in 2020, the firm is in a high-growth phase with a lean team of around 16 members. Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Founder, managing calendars, travel, executive coordination and supporting business operations. This role offers opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities: • Manage calendar, meetings and appointments. • Coordinate travel, hotels, visas and itineraries. • Coordinate between the Founder and internal teams. • Track action items and follow-ups. • Organize meetings, agendas and MOMs. • Handle confidential information. • Support administrative and operational activities. • Coordinate vendors, events and business activities. • Support projects and special initiatives. • Take on additional responsibilities including project coordination, business development support, client relationship management or internal operations based on capability. Ideal Candidate: • 5–8 years of EA/PA experience. • Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • High ownership, discretion and attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Growth mindset and willingness to take broader responsibilities. Preferred: Experience supporting founders/CXOs. Exposure to financial services, wealth management or fintech is preferred.
