The Role<br />
Work directly with the Manager Supply Chain to grow Skillmatics’ Supply Chain both in<br />
capacity and complexity.<br />
Manage Domestic vendor relationships with packaging manufacturers, ensuring consistent<br />
quality and on-time delivery.<br />
Collaborate with product development and design teams to understand packaging<br />
requirements and source materials internationally that meet those specifications.<br />
Manage and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, such as disruptions or delays.<br />
Assist the purchasing department with the procurement of goods and services required by<br />
the organization.<br />
Managing logistics schedule by coordinating with Vendor for production plans - issuing POs<br />
and following up for delivery due dates<br />
Creating sheets for analysis of production and logistics costing<br />
Informing logistics partners in the appropriate format for transferring goods from X to Y.<br />
Input/ Component / Raw Material planning based on Demand.<br />
Track the status of purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely<br />
delivery.<br />
Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory.<br />
Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activity, including cost analyses.<br />
Assist in researching new suppliers and products to ensure that the organization gets the<br />
best value for money.<br />
Open to handle more operation responsibilities, must be flexible with other<br />
operational responsibility.<br />
Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP; not mandatory but highly preferred<br />
You’re a good fit if you:<br />
Are able to understand costing decisions, how business models work and are good with excel</div>
<div> Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships<br />
with overseas vendors.<br />
Are a self-starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure<br />
Have high energy and a bias for action with unimpeachable integrity.<br />
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms<br />
Experience with import/export documentation and compliance.<br />
Preferred Qualification<br />
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management</div>
