<div>Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Finance, RPG Enterprises</div>

<div>Objective:<br />
The purpose of this role is to execute the activities of the Group’s Corporate Finance function and also work for the Group’s Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisition and Equity related activities.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Priorities and Responsibilities of the position:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1. Investors Relations:<br />
a.Manage investors relations for Group companies<br />
b.Analyse and provide support to the group companies from an equity market’s perspective<br />
c.Organise periodic Investor Relations conferences and events at the group level<br />
d.Provide market intelligence and peer benchmarking for group companies</div>
<div> </div>
<div>2. Group Mergers & Acquisitions:<br />
a.Identify and determine feasibility of possible M&A opportunities<br />
b.Work on the strategies and objectives for the M&A division and assist in the overall execution<br />
c.Create presentations, financial models and assist in providing market intelligence</div>
<div>d.Work with multiple stakeholders</div>
<div> </div>
<div>3. Corp Finance:<br />
a.Though expertise is not required, familiarity and good understanding of equity markets<br />
b.Should have awareness of the investment banking industry, preferably relationship management and investment banking practices<br />

•Diversified Business Portfolio spreading across multiple business sectors<br />
•Global geographic spread of RPG Group</div>

<div>Desired Candidate Profile:<br />
•Candidate with a working knowledge of Tyre Sector<br />
•MBA from any reputed institutions / CA/ CFA<br />
•Should have handled Corporate Finance / IR / M&A deal closing responsibilities<br />
•Preferable to have a background in Investment Banking, equity research or corporate finance division of any conglomerate is desirable</div>
