Job Summary

The Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a critical role that provides specialized knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management applications. The candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management solutions to align with business needs, focusing on project accounting, costing, and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion PPM modules including:
    • Project Financial Management
    • Project Costing
    • Project Billing
    • Project Contracts
    • Project Execution Management
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion PPM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules to align with business processes.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PPM modules.
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and customizations.
  • Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess the impact on existing configurations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
  • Experience in data migration and customizations of Oracle PPM.
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct effective training sessions.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience is required, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion PPM.
