Job Title: Senior People Partner<br /> Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai<br /> Years of Experience: 10+ years<br /> Position Overview<br /> The Senior People Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing leadership capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing complex people-related priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Strategic HR Partnership<br /> •<br /> Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.<br /> •<br /> Partner with leadership to identify business needs and develop talent strategies to support organizational goals.<br /> •<br /> Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business transformation.<br /> Talent Management & Development<br /> •<br /> Lead succession planning, career development frameworks, and leadership development programs.<br /> •<br /> Identify critical skills and talent gaps; create targeted interventions to build capabilities.<br /> •<br /> Coach leaders on talent management, performance optimization, and employee engagement.<br /> Employee Relations & Engagement<br /> •<br /> Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.<br /> •<br /> Drive engagement initiatives, embedding a culture of inclusion, recognition, and accountability.<br /> •<br /> Lead organization-wide employee listening strategies and action planning.<br /> Organizational Effectiveness<br /> •<br /> Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts to improve efficiency and agility.<br /> •<br /> Drive data-driven HR decision-making through people analytics and insights.<br /> Qualifications & Experience<br /> •<br /> Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.<br /> •<br /> 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.<br /> •<br /> Prior experience in [investment banking/financial services/professional services] preferred.<br /> •<br /> Exposure to managing HR in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.<br /> Company Description<br /> NovaaOne Capital Private Limited is a boutique investment bank focused on providing financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and capital market advisory to corporations, financial sponsors & sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, start-ups, AIFs and governments.
