Job Summary
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for scaling MCMCER's international enrollments, primarily focusing on the UK and EU markets while maintaining exposure to the India market. This role involves running paid campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, adapting strategies to align with market-specific behavior.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn targeting audiences in the UK/EU, with continued support for India.
- Localize targeting, messaging, and offers by geography, considering differences in course positioning, currency, working hours, and buyer intent.
- Manage multi-currency budgets and bidding strategies across markets, reallocating spend to the best-performing channels to maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Own Cost Per Lead (CPL), Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets by market, collaborating with admissions to track lead quality and conversion rates by geography.
- Conduct structured creative and audience testing to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) across UK/EU campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign scheduling and reporting across time zones to ensure optimal performance during peak hours.
- Stay updated on UK/EU digital advertising and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) as they relate to tracking, retargeting, and ad personalization.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports segmented by market (UK/EU vs. India), highlighting CPL, MQL, SQL, ROAS, and CTR, with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Up to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically with UK/EU markets and some exposure to India.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven experience in reducing CPL and enhancing both ROAS and CTR across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with enhancing MQL-to-SQL conversion through lead qualification and landing page optimization.
- Competent in managing budgets across multiple markets, along with the ability to report in multi-currency formats and handle cross-time zone campaigns.
- Understanding of GDPR and UK/EU advertising compliance fundamentals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketing education, courses, certifications, or other B2B categories within UK or EU markets.
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, GRI, or compliance topics (or willingness to quickly learn).
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools for lead scoring and nurturing (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to collaborate with international sales and admissions teams across different time zones.
