Job Summary
The Senior Salesforce Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the overall design and requirements gathering process for Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to elicit and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.

- Define data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies specifically within the Salesforce Field Service context.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and design through to delivery and post-implementation support.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members regarding best practices and Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, particularly in Field Service implementations.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Hands-on experience throughout the entire project lifecycle, including discovery, design, delivery, and post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with defining data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Salesforce products or modules beyond Field Service.
- Knowledge of additional project management methodologies.
