• 6-7 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to Ecommerce or D2C.
• Ideally, you've been part of Ecommerce or growth teams in D2C brands or marketplaces.
• Resilience is your middle name, and you're fueled by passion.
• Strong numerical ability, whether through a degree or learned on the job – Excel mastery is a must!
• You relish the challenges of the D2C landscape and thrive in early-stage environments.
