FinAGG works with&nbsp;most prestigious companies, Leading FMCG companies HUL, ITC, Whirlpool, Astral and many others.<br /> FinAGG is strategically expanding the enterprise team, solutions and customer base and is actively seeking&nbsp;candidates who have a strong experience in Technology Sales roles along with financial acumen, business&nbsp;curiosity, adaptiveness and a global mindset.<br /> FinAGG is strategically expanding the enterprise team, solutions and customer base and is actively seeking&nbsp;candidates who have a strong experience in building Retail Franchise with financial acumen, business&nbsp;curiosity, adaptiveness and a global mindset</div> <div>.</div> <div>Description<br /> FinAGG is looking for a Rockstar who leads FinAGG Branch Retail Sales .<br /> What You Will Do<br /> &bull; Lead nationwide sales team and implement effective sales strategies in order to achieve targets,&nbsp;grow distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations<br /> &bull; Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market<br /> &bull; Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts<br /> &bull; Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up to improve certain lacklustre&nbsp;locations<br /> &bull; Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly<br /> &bull; Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify&nbsp;the priority spots in order to perform in<br /> &bull; Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to&nbsp;minimize the expectations vs delivery gap<br /> &bull; Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management<br /> &bull; Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team<br /> &bull; Ensure the team members are in market and using CRM&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their&nbsp;specified area<br /> &bull; Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Who You Are<br /> &bull; &middot; Must have high-level drive, initiative and self &ndash; motivation<br /> &bull; Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience<br /> &bull; Should have large team size handling experience<br /> &bull; Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network<br /> &bull; Handling 250+ team size of Sales executives, TLs, ZMs Tell caller set up Providing HL leads to tied up<br /> banks<br /> &bull; Liaising with the product management team, marketing and other centers verticals for new product<br /> development, service enhancements and sales initiatives</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
