<div>Description<br />
FinAGG is looking for a Rockstar who leads FinAGG Branch Retail Sales .<br />
What You Will Do<br />
• Lead nationwide sales team and implement effective sales strategies in order to achieve targets, grow distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations<br />
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market<br />
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts<br />
• Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up to improve certain lacklustre locations<br />
• Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly<br />
• Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in<br />
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap<br />
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management<br />
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team<br />
• Ensure the team members are in market and using CRM </div>
<div> Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area<br />
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts</div>

<div>Who You Are<br />
• · Must have high-level drive, initiative and self – motivation<br />
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience<br />
• Should have large team size handling experience<br />
• Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network<br />
• Handling 250+ team size of Sales executives, TLs, ZMs Tell caller set up Providing HL leads to tied up<br />
banks<br />
• Liaising with the product management team, marketing and other centers verticals for new product<br />
development, service enhancements and sales initiatives</div>
