Job Description
What you will own/core responsibilities
Partnership Execution & Deal Closure
-
Own end-to-end execution of partnerships initiated by the Director (Coaching, Creators, Communities, Schools, Consultants, etc)
-
Coordinate contracts with legal, finance, and external stakeholders
-
Track deliverables, timelines, and commercial commitments on both sides
-
Follow up proactively to ensure zero drop-offs post handshake
Offline Growth Programs & On-Ground Execution

Plan and execute offline-first growth initiatives:
-
On-campus activations
-
Events, meetups, workshops, talks, roadshows
-
Offline and online content dissemination
-

Break ambiguous goals into clear workplans with defined owners and timelines
-
Own ground execution with partners, venues, collaterals ensuring event-day coordination and troubleshooting
-
Ensure internal alignment with marketing, admissions, and other supporting teams
-
Maintain execution program trackers
-
Share weekly execution updates and surface blockers early
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Be the single point of coordination across Marketing, Admissions, Finance, Legal and other support functions
-
Ensure teams are aligned on expectations and timelines
-
Push for closure and accountability across functions
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track impact of partnerships and offline initiatives: Leads, attendance, engagement, revenue influence
-
Build simple dashboards and reports for leadership
Qualification & experience
Education:
-
B.Tech preferred; Master’s in Marketing/Communications/Education or related field is a plus.
Experience:
-
2-5 years experience in Program Management, Founder’s Office, equivalent role in high growth startups
-
Experience in event management, consumer facing edtech is a plus
