Candidate Profile:

 

• Candidate should not have been laid off from any his previous organisation.
• Better educational backgrounds – graduation/MBA from a known institute – NOT profiles that have grown from field engineers, ADFC etc
• Organizations to be hired from – Worldline, FSS, Juspay, Pinelabs, PayTM, ISG, PhonePe, FiServ, Billdesk
• Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must be from Mumbai Location.
• Candidate Should have prior experience with any  of the following organizations: Pine Labs, Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, BillDesk, Fiserv, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay, Cashfree, Insolutions Global, Worldline, Fiserv, FSS, NPST, AurionPro, PayU, CCAvenue, Billdesk, Juspay or any other RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator entity.
• Alternatively, should have worked in BTG (Business Technology Group) or BSG (Banking Strategy Group) roles within leading private sector banks.
• Must hold a full-time graduation or post-graduation degree from a reputed institution.

Education

• Full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Full time MBA or Master’s in Project Management / Business Administration is desirable.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
